Congratulations to the 2024 finalists who are now in the running for the national awards title. Marina Mirage Marina amongst the 12 Finalists for DEVELOPMENT INNOVATION.

Managed by the Property Council of Australia, the Innovation & Excellence Awards is the most prestigious property awards programs in Australia.

Delivered in partnership with Rider Levett Bucknall, the Awards have been promoting excellence in design and innovation in the built environment since 1982.

Through the program the Property Council of Australia aims to showcase superior examples of iconic projects in property development and investment across a range of sectors and design disciplines.

With a rigorous nomination process, overseen by a panel of esteemed judges, the Property Council of Australia/Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards program culminates in the annual Gala Dinner, where more than 1,000 property professionals gather to see the industry’s best projects, people and companies crowned.

With 19 prestigious and varied award categories, the program is celebration of great feats and great people across all sectors of the property industry, with all category winners going in the running to take out the overall Rider Levett Bucknall Australian Development of the Year – the industry’s highest honour.

Procore Award for Development Innovation

This award recognises and publicly rewards innovation that creates significant advancement and improvement within a development.

Innovation can relate to financing, design, construction, sustainability, use of technology and or other factors in a development. The innovation must be replicable in a development and of broad benefit to the industry and or the community.

The award is open to members of the Property Council of Australia only and the development innovation has not previously won the Award.

The iconic Marina Mirage Marina is one of the most prestigious facilities of its kind in Queensland. With 76 premium berths accommodating vessels from 12 to 70+ meters long, Marina Mirage Marina is a unique Superyacht Marina, complete with ferry terminal, helipad and one of a kind floating beach club.

Winner to be announced 11th September 2024.
